Get Involved

Do you want to make a hands-on difference to your land, the community, and local wildlife? Our Landcare groups are busy in many locations around the Clarence Valley and are always looking for volunteers to join them in caring for the environment.

Volunteering

You don’t need any experience or skills. When you join Landcare you will be guided by other skilled members in conservation practices.

Each Landcare Group holds working bees on different days and times, so if you’re interested in volunteering, you can contact the Clarence Landcare office, and we will put you in touch with a Landcare Group near you.

All you need is protective clothing such as a long-sleeved shirt, pants, gloves, hat & boots, and a love for the great outdoors. So, what are you waiting for, get out, get fit, and do something that will improve the environment!

Contact our office to chat with our Landcare Coordinator who can connect you with a group in your area. Occasionally other volunteer opportunities are available to assist with Landcare projects.
