Welcome to Clarence Landcare Inc. Community Support Program

Welcome to our new look web site. It is a work-in-progress and we are currently updating and adding new content.

Clarence Landcare Inc. (CLI) is a community-based, non-government, not-for-profit organisation. We support individuals and groups that volunteer their time towards Natural Resource Management (NRM) on private and public lands in the mid-lower Clarence Catchment. Clarence Landcare is a member of the North Coast Regional Landcare Network and Landcare NSW.

About Us

Our role is largely one of community development and support, promoting sustainable land and biodiversity management across our region.

Our Work

Clarence Landcare’s projects focus on natural resource management issues and challenges. The projects we develop and deliver cover everything from community workshops to multi-property management programs.

Our Groups

Landcare groups are well represented in the mid-lower Clarence Valley and have a strong volunteer and membership base.

Get Involved

Landcare welcomes people from all walks of life to participate as volunteers caring for the environment. You can either join an existing group or we can help you start a new one.

We acknowledge the Bundjalung, Gumbaynggirr and Yaegl nations, the traditional custodians of the lands on which we conduct our work as Landcares, and pay respect to Elders, past and present. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of this nation and acknowledge their continuing cultural and spiritual relationships to the land, waters, and seas.
